Yes, we provide card payment via a secure link, which you will receive in an SMS and in your order confirmation email.

We understand that Klarna is a convenient payment option for online purchases. Unfortunately, we do not currently support Klarna or similar services for our CBD products.

This is due to strict policies and restrictions from payment providers regarding CBD-related sales. The complex and varying legal regulations surrounding CBD make it challenging for providers like Klarna to standardize their services across different markets.

We are actively working to find alternative payment solutions and hope to offer more options in the future. Until then, we encourage you to use our secure card payment method. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any questions, our customer support team is happy to assist you.

After completing your card payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will help resolve any issues or delays.

Dette link bliver som regel aktivt om aftenen samme dag, som det sendes.Så snart linket er aktivt, kan du nemt følge din pakkes vej til dig. Hvis din ordre pakkes i weekenden, vil sporingslinket være tilgængeligt den nærmeste hverdag, da transportfirmaerne ikke håndterer pakker i weekenden.
Desværre er det ikke muligt at afhente din bestilling på vores lager. Raw Hemp er en 100 % onlinebaseret virksomhed, og vi har ikke faciliteter til at håndtere afhentninger på lageret.Alle bestillinger sendes direkte til den adresse, der angives ved køb, for at sikre en smidig og effektiv leveringsproces.
