Orders

Placing an order with us is simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Find what you’re looking for
Browse our shop and take a closer look at the products you’re interested in. Click on any item to see more details or add it to your cart.

2. Add to cart
Once you’ve found the products you want, add them to your cart. You can easily adjust quantities or remove items before checkout.

3. Go to checkout
When you’re ready, click “Go to checkout” to start the order process.

4. Enter your delivery details
Fill in your delivery information carefully to ensure your order reaches you without delay.

5. Pay securely by card
All payments are made via a secure card payment link. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive the link to complete your payment safely online.

6. Order confirmation
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking information once it’s on its way.

7. Order confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after your order has been placed, with all the details and tracking information once it’s shipped.

Shopping with Raw Hemp is straightforward, and our team is always here if you need any help along the way.

Of course, you can change or cancel your order. Just contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can update or stop your order in time.

If your package has already been shipped, don’t worry — you still have a 14-day return period and can send the products back at your convenience.

When your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Payments

Vi erbjuder i dagsläget tre olika sorters betalmetoder.
  1. Swish För att betala med Swish klickar du på “Välj ett annat betalsätt” i kassan. Efter slutfört köp kommer uppgifter med Swish-nummer att att skickas till dig via SMS samt via mail.
  2. Bankgiro För att betala med bankgiro klickar du på “Välj ett annat betalsätt” i kassan. Observera att din order skickas efter att betalning gjorts. Efter slutfört köp kommer uppgifter med bankgiro att mailas ut till dig. Observera att din order skickas efter att din betalning är synlig på vårt bankgiro. En bankgiro-betalning tar normalt sett en bankdag.
  3. Betallänk Önskar du betala med kort så kan vi lösa det med en betallänk till en extern betaltjänst. Svara på den orderbekräftelse du får ut efter lagd order att du vill betala med kort så löser vi det.
Yes, we do. All orders are paid securely by card through a payment link sent via email and SMS after you place your order.
Klarna does not currently accept CBD businesses. At the moment, we only offer card payments.

Order confirmations are sent out once the payment has been completed.
If you’ve already paid but haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll make sure everything is in order.

  1. If the order hasn’t been paid: You don’t need to do anything. The order will automatically be cancelled if payment isn’t completed.
  2. If the order has been paid but not yet shipped: Please contact us to arrange a refund.
  3. If the order has already been shipped: You’ll need to make a return to get your money back. Contact us and we’ll help you with the process and provide the necessary return instructions.

Shipping & Returns

We offer delivery via DHL Service Point / Bring.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number from Shipmondo so you can track your package and see when it will arrive at your chosen pickup point.

If your order is under 80 €, shipping costs 6 €. Orders over 80 € ship for free.

We value your privacy and understand the importance of discretion when it comes to deliveries. That’s why we ship your order in a plain brown or white box with no indication of what’s inside or who it’s from.

There are no logos or text connected to our website on the package, so you can feel confident that no one will know what the parcel contains or where it comes from. We treat every order with the highest level of discretion and care.

All orders are handled at our own warehouse in Sweden, which means fast and reliable delivery. Shipping to most parts of Europe usually takes 4–6 business days.

By managing our own warehouse, we maintain full control over product handling and can ensure the highest quality and safety for every order we send out.

To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we’ve optimized our shipping process. If your order is paid before 14:30 (CET), it will be shipped the same business day.We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
Delivery time to most parts of Europe is usually 4–6 business days.
Anything can happen — please contact our customer service right away and we’ll help you sort it out.
If you haven’t received your package within 6 business days after it was shipped, please contact us right away so we can help you.

When your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. The link usually becomes active later the same day.

Once it’s active, you can easily track your package all the way to your door. If your order is packed during the weekend, the tracking link will be available on the next business day, as shipping companies don’t process parcels on weekends.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pick up your order directly from our warehouse. Raw Hemp is a 100% online-based business, and we’re not set up for in-person pickups.

All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Yes, you have a 14-day return policy. Just contact us to let us know that you’d like to make a return.

You’ll cover the return shipping cost and can choose the shipping method you prefer.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll issue your refund right away.
