About Elements
The brand behind ultra thin rice papers
Elements was created by Josh Kesselman, the man behind RAW, together with a Spanish paper maker. It was one of his first own brands and came before the first RAW papers in 2005.
The papers are made from rice and are so thin they are almost see-through. Every sheet has a watermark you can see when you hold it up to the light, and the gum is made from sugar or acacia depending on the series.
Today Elements is owned by HBI, the same company that is behind RAW. The papers are made in Alcoy, Spain, at a facility that runs on wind power. Besides papers there are filter tips, cones, rolling trays and grinders, all in the brand’s blue look with sky and sunset on the packs.
