About Nordic Terpenes
A strain’s aroma in a small bottle
Terpenes are the aromatic compounds that make cannabis strains smell so different. How much of each terpene a plant produces is largely down to its genes, and that composition, the profile, is what Nordic Terpenes sets out to recreate.
The profiles are built from individual terpenes such as myrcene, limonene, pinene, beta-caryophyllene and terpinolene, together with natural and artificial flavourings. These are called botanical terpenes, and they give a clean, clear aroma that stays very consistent from batch to batch.
The profiles are free from cannabinoids. They add aroma and flavour, and the type on the bottle shows which strain the profile is inspired by.
Nordic Terpenes is a collaboration between us at Raw Hemp and Generalens Hampa. The idea is simple: capture the aroma that makes a strain recognisable and put it in a small bottle.

Questions about Nordic Terpenes
Short answers to what customers ask us most
What is Nordic Terpenes?
A Swedish brand of terpene profiles that recreate the aroma and flavour of well known cannabis strains. The brand is a collaboration between Raw Hemp and Generalens Hampa, and the range currently consists of 15 profiles.
Does Nordic Terpenes contain THC or CBD?
No. The profiles are free from cannabinoids and contain neither THC nor CBD. They give aroma and flavour, not a high.
What is in the bottle?
A blend of individual terpenes, for example myrcene, limonene and pinene, together with natural and artificial flavourings. The exact composition is listed on each product page.
What do indica, sativa and hybrid on the bottle mean?
They show which type of cannabis strain the profile is inspired by and say something about its aroma and flavour. They do not describe any effect.
How does it differ from CDT?
Nordic Terpenes are botanical terpenes, a blend built to resemble a strain. CDT, cannabis derived terpenes, are extracted directly from the cannabis or hemp plant, which gives a more complex aroma but more variation between harvests.
How should terpenes be stored?
Dark, at room temperature and with the cap tightly closed. That way the terpenes keep their aroma longer and do not oxidise unnecessarily.
How fast will I get my order?
Orders placed before 14:30 on weekdays leave our warehouse the same day. Delivery time and shipping cost for your country are shown at checkout.
